Terms & Conditions
- All free stays are one-time only and valid in any one of the listed destinations.
- Free stays are for 2 adults + 2 children below 6 years.
- Elite membership international trip is for 2 adults only.
- Gift stays must be used within the validity period (1 or 2 years).
- Gift stays can be transferred or gifted to friends/family.
- Split night stays are allowed within the validity for Gold, Platinum, and Elite memberships.
- Utility/service fee of ₹500 per room per night is applicable at the time of check-in.
- All bookings are subject to hotel availability at the time of request.
- No refund on membership once purchased.
- Members may resell unused timeshare or holiday credits via the club. 20% commission applies.
- Referral rewards will be credited as Tour Cash upon successful membership of referred person.
- All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Thamarassery, Kerala.
